Rides Available to Orlando Airport

The Student Government Association sponsors rides to Orlando International Airport (MCO) using third-party vendor BTM Coach Bus. Students are charged a small fee, and the SGA covers the rest. The bus size will vary based on the number of students needing transportation. Students will ride either a 14, 28, or 56-passenger coach. Specific dates and times for the rides will be advertised two months in advance. Students will be transported from the Mori Hosseini Student Union Circle to MCO. Similarly, the return ride will start from MCO to the Student Union. Rides are available ONLY during Thanksgiving, Winter, & Spring Break.

Items Allowed on the Ride

Two large suitcases and a carry-on are allowed. Only certified service animals are allowed to ride.

Pick-up and Drop-off Locations

Please be advised the bus only picks up students at the Student Union Circle or ground-level Terminal A at MCO. Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure times.

Walk-Ups

We do not allow walk-ups. Once the roster is finalized, the list is shown to the bus driver.

Refunds or Cancel Reservation

You may cancel your tickets by the sale end date for a full refund

Missed Rides or Flight Delays

We are not responsible for any missed rides, flight delays, or severe weather.

Change or Update Reservation

Once a ticket is purchased, we cannot change the date or time. You will need to request a refund and purchase a new ticket.

Duration of the Ride

It typically takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to travel from Campus to MCO, assuming no traffic delays. So please choose your reservation carefully and ensure enough time for you to make your ride.

Email Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your reservation is completed. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation. Drivers have a roster of names and will not allow students on that are not on the roster.
