SchedulER 101

Planning a meeting or event on campus requires advanced preparation and clear communication to ensure positive guest experience. The resources on this page provides students with the tools to successfully plan a campus event. Before initial planning begins, the Campus Event Policies should be reviewed to ensure the purpose of the meeting or event supports the University's mission and values.

Reserving a Meeting or Event Space

Students are required to submit an online event request via the SchedulER system. All meeting and events should be requested a minimum of five (5) business days (M-F) in advance or thirty (30) days for large campus events.

For events add resources required to support your event and provide necessary setup diagrams and schematics to service providers.
