Student Organization Resources

About Us

Embry-Riddle has over 210 registered student organizations (RSOs). By getting involved in an RSO, you can learn new skills, try new hobbies, put your classroom knowledge to the test, and have fun! With everything from skydiving to robotics, anime to a Capella, our RSOs offer a broad range of opportunities for you to pursue your passions.

The Union has a Student Organization Resource Center on the 2nd floor just for you! We have computers, work space, and staff dedicated to your support:

Training

We partner with several departments to provide RSOs with workshops on topics that include fund-raising, event planning, and much more.

Event Support

Our Assistant Director for Student Organizations reviews and supports the hundreds of events each month that student organizations put on.

Marketing

The Student Union Media group (SUM) is a team of student graphic designers who help RSOs with developing marketing materials. They also manage the digital signage in the Student Union. To contact them please email dbsumc@erau.edu.

Finances

The RSO Finance team helps RSOs with transactions involving their on-campus bank accounts. They can work with student organizations to make purchases and book travel. For more specific info on these services, visit RSO Finances & Banking.

Supplies

There are a variety of supplies available from the Student Union Operations Team. All supplies should be requested through the campus event software, SchedulER. Supplies can be picked up at the Student Union Welcome Desk on the first floor.
