We are pleased to offer discounted admission to a variety of popular theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Medieval Times, Kennedy Space Center, and others.

Discounted tickets are available exclusively to ERAU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. To view available options and complete a purchase, please visit the TouchNet Portal .

You may be prompted to log in with your ERNIE credentials. Once you complete your purchase, an email confirmation will be sent when your tickets are ready for pickup. You will need to bring your Eagle/Alumni Card and purchase receipt for pickup.

There are no refunds.

How to Purchasing Your Tickets

Step 1: Purchase your tickets on TouchNet

Visit our secure online store to buy tickets.
• Limit: up to 6 tickets per person
• Must be an ERAU student, staff, faculty, or alumni
• All tickets must be purchased online

Step 2: Wait for an email from our office

You will receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” email once your order is processed.

Do not come to the office before receiving this email.

Step 3: Pick up your tickets

Visit the Student Union Operations Office (Room 332), located on the 3rd floor of the Mori Hosseini Student Union.

Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can purchase tickets?

Only ERAU students, staff, faculty, and alumni can purchase discounted tickets using their ERNIE login.

Can I buy tickets in person?

No. All ticket purchases must be made online through our secure store.

Can I buy tickets for my family or friends?

Yes. You may purchase tickets on behalf of your family or friends, but the order must be placed using your ERNIE login.

How will I know when my tickets are ready?

You will receive an official “Ready for Pick-Up” email from Student Union Ticket Sales. Please wait for this email before coming to the office.

What do I need to bring to pick up my tickets?

A valid ERAU Eagle or Alumni ID with your purchase receipt (digital or printed).

Can someone else pick up my tickets?

Yes, you can list the first and last name of the individual picking up the tickets if you are unable to. This person will need to bring a valid photo ID when they come to pick up the tickets.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Please contact us at 386-481-9067. Lost tickets may not be replaced, depending on the venue’s policy.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

No. All ticket sales are final—no refunds or exchanges are allowed.

What if I don’t pick up my tickets in time?

Tickets must be claimed within 30 days of purchase. Unclaimed tickets will be forfeited.
