Paid aerospace industry internships and mentorship for Black undergraduate students. This fellowship aims to provide a meaningful pathway into successful aerospace industry careers and future aerospace industry leadership to those whose race and ethnicity has made them the subject of systemic bias.

Talented individuals who are on course to change the face of the aerospace and defense industry in their 20s are recognized by Aviation Week Network. Honorees are invited to an awards luncheon in Washington, DC.
