Rachel Groce

President

Hi! My name is Rachel Groce, and I’m a junior majoring in Aeronautical Science. I’m originally from Richmond, Kentucky, and outside of flying, I love hiking, painting, and spending time outdoors. One of my favorite aspects of Women in Aviation is the welcoming community and the opportunity to connect with other women who share a passion for aviation. I enjoy helping others and learning from fellow members as we grow together.

Vice President

Hello! I'm in my Junior year, studying Aeronautical Science with applied meteorology and airline ops minors. I'm from Alexandria, Virginia, which is just outside of Washington D.C. For fun, I like to discover new music, go to the beach, and volunteer. I love Women in Aviation because of the variety of opportunities. We do social events, professional development, and volunteering so you can get what you want out of the club. My favorite memory was getting to paint faces and talk about aviation with the girls at Girls In Aviation Day, Daytona Beach in 2024 :)

Outreach Chair

Hey everyone! My name is Revati Dodani and I am a second year student studying aeronautical science with a minor in airline operations. I am currently working on my Commercial License and I'm from Jacksonville, Florida. Some things I like to do for fun are painting, flying, and grabbing coffee or going to concerts with my friends. I love Women in Aviation because of the community of wonderful and strong women who are searching for likeminded professionals in the industry! But I have a deeper appreciation for how these women can create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for both professional development and personal development!
