About Us
Women in Aviation Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), Daytona Beach Chapter is a small part of the Women in Aviation International community. Women in Aviation ERAU Daytona Beach membership is open to both female and male members of the ERAU community including students, faculty, and staff. Women in Aviation provides several fellowship opportunities for its members throughout the spring and fall semesters. We are not just pilots! We welcome all majors ranging from business, engineering, maintenance science, and beyond!
In addition to fellowship and networking opportunities, WAI also offers opportunities to participate in community service, travel to the Women in Aviation International Conference in the spring, and apply to member-exclusive scholarships. The chapter meets on a bi-weekly basis, with additional club social and community events throughout the semester. Meetings are used to keep members up to date about club happenings, sign up for upcoming events, professional development workshops, and guest speakers. During the Spring semester, members are given the opportunity to travel to the Women in Aviation International Conference with our chapter. The 2026 conference will take place on March 19th-21st in Dallas, TX.
The ERAU Women in Aviation Chapter provides many opportunities to create friendships and opportunities. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting or event!
