Discover the people, technology, and challenges behind Team Minion.

Team Minion is Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s RobotX team, dedicated to designing, building, and competing with autonomous maritime vehicles. Founded in [YEAR], the team brings students together to develop hands-on skills in robotics, mechanical design, electrical systems, software, and autonomous navigation. Team Minion has competed in [NUMBER] competitions, including [COMPETITION NAMES, e.g., RobotX, RoboBoat, etc.], earning [NUMBER] (wins, awards, and placements) along the way. Supported by [FACULTY ADVISORS] and led by [TEAM LEADS/CAPTAINS], Team Minion continues to push the boundaries of autonomous robotics while representing Embry-Riddle on the international stage.

Meet Mini-Minion

Mini-Minion is a 25%-scale Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) derived from the same Wave Adaptive Modular Vehicle (WAM-V) design of Team Minion's 16-ft RobotX competition vessel: Minion.

Supercharged by our Sponsors

As a university team, designing a robot often means working with hand-me-down components and tight budget constraints. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, Team Minion can push the limits of innovation while continuing to build within our means.
