About Us
The Riddle Redeemers go out into the community to restore and preserve the legacy of historical military machines. Through active service, you will be gaining knowledge on these aircraft and receiving real-world experiences. The Redeemers serve on a weekly basis and perform tasks such as aircraft restoration, airplane maintenance, helicopter maintenance, vehicle maintenance, and boat maintenance. These tasks include prepping surfaces for painting, controlling corrosion, preserving structures, rebuilding air-frame and boat structures, welding, wiring, painting, repairing, washing, and cleaning. Work days are every Saturday.
We meet at the Flagpole in front of the Student Union at 8:50am to carpool to Deland Naval Air Station Museum by 9:30am. We generally return to campus around 12:30pm.
