About Us

The Japanese Student Association (JSA) is here to introduce the Japanese culture and language to the university. Our main activities include: Weekly Japanese classes, Field Trip to the Orlando Japan Festival (Fall Semester), Participation in the ERCOT World Fest on campus (Spring Semester), Intramural Softball, etc. We welcome anyone interested in our culture and language to join!

Members Benefits

The Japanese Student Association provides various resources for your learning experience about Japan and its culture. We offer free weekly Japanese classes, an archive of worksheets and supplemental materials, and events aimed for experiencing Japanese culture. Of the many benefits we offer, the largest benefit we offer is the network of people participating in our organization. Both Japanese and non-Japanese members can provide you information from first hand experiences, whether it be about life in Japan, perspectives from a tourist's point of view, food, art, music, etc. Join us and use these benefits to your advantage!

Events & Activities

General meetings and free Japanese classes are offered every Monday. Other events such as lunch/dinner parties and social events will be held occasionally.
