Fall 2026 Graduate Orientation

Congratulations on your acceptance to graduate school at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University!

Graduate Orientation provides new students with general information about graduate policies and procedures and an opportunity to get to know staff, university departments and Graduate Student Council.

The Graduate Student Council (GSC) holds an optional orientation session and is open to all new admitted graduate students for Fall 2026. We strongly encourage you to attend. 

Graduate Student Welcome Session (Offered by the GSC)
When: Friday, August 21st from 4 - 5 p.m.
Where: Willie Miller Instructional Center IC 101

Some academic units may also hold their own departmental orientations. Please contact your academic program coordinator to inquire about this.

International students are required to attend the International Orientation. Please visit the International Student and Scholar Services page.

Parking On Campus

If you bring a vehicle to campus, you must register your vehicle and purchase a parking decal by visiting the Vehicle Citation and Permit Decal Portal. You will receive your decal in the mail within 7 days.

Order your EAGLEcard!

Your EAGLEcard will identify you as an affiliate of the University. The I.D. is required to be presented whenever you attend any campus, school activity, event, game or department for services.
