Dance Marathon at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is one piece in a larger international movement of students committed to enhancing the lives of both kids and families affected by childhood injury and illness through the Children's Miracle Network. We are committed to raising funds for children being treated in our local hospital, Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. As the generation fighting for the next, we are determined to raise not only funds but also to educate and inspire our campus and community to provide constant support for the families affected. Our organization has raised a total of $45,138.30 since being brought onto the Embry-Riddle Campus in 2020.
Dance Marathon is hosting EagleTHON on Feburary 25th. DonÔÇ▓t let the title 'Dance Marathon' scare you! EagleTHON is not 6 hours of constant dancing. It's a line dance at each and every hour. Additionally, EagleTHON is filled with fun music, great food, entertainment and even some (happy) tears. Participants will not only dance, but they'll take part in fun-filled games and events, enjoy entertainment from musicians and performance groups, and meet the Miracle Children who benefit from their fundraising - reminding them that what they are doing is making a difference in their lives and the lives of other families in the local area.
