10 teams from Miami to Wilmington, North Carolina travel to Charleston, SC in order to compete on J/22 sailboats. This regatta gives the potential to qualify for the Inter-collegiate Sailing Assciation's Match Race Nationals. Although regattas are regular, to sail on 'equal machinery' allows the team to differentiate themselves from others.
