Welcome to the RSO Advisor Resource Site!

The Daytona Beach campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University has over 220 Registered Student Organizations on campus that help increase the vibrancy of our university community. These student-led organizations provide transformative experiences and opportunities for you to develop as an individual, a community member, and a leader. The social and cultural events, lectures, hands-on opportunities, and familiar relationships provided by student organizations contribute to making your experience at ERAU the best it can be! Serving as an advisor to an RSO is an important role. Advisors provide the guidance necessary to help any group succeed in its endeavors. Our department is available to assist you in any way possible, and we appreciate your willingness to take on the role of advisor.

The Advisory Role

Advising a student organization can be a fun and rewarding experience; however, it does require making a commitment to the registered student organization and forming a partnership with SESU to understand the responsibilities of your role.
