Pack Grocery Bags for Local Families

United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties and Halifax Urban Ministries are teaming up to make a positive difference. Every Tuesday at the Ocean Center from 2pm to 4pm now through September, they are seeking 40 to 50 volunteers to assemble 1,000s of grocery bags with food provided to families in need. Temperatures are checked, masks and gloves are provided, and an assembly line of dedicated volunteers are showing that, amid COVID-19, we can still come together for a worthy cause.
