About Us

The Student Court is the judicial body of the Student Government Association. The Student Court presides over cases arising from university violations, parking and traffic issues, and student mediation. The Student Court is also responsible for interpreting the governing documents of the SGA. The Student Court consists of seven Associate Justices and is chaired by the Chief Justice. Our Services

As the Student Court is an integral part of the University's judicial process, we provide a multitude of services within and outside of the SGA. From parking citation appeals to being a voice for students within disciplinary hearings, the Student Court serves to ensure a just and respectful University envionment.

Parking Citation Appeals

The Student Court facilitates parking citations appeals for ERAU students. Parking citation appeals should be filed with the Student Court within 10 school days of the citation. Appeals can be filed at

The Student Court Justice's provide a student perspective on Honor Borad, Student Conduct, and Housing and Residence Life hearings.

Student Advocates

The Student Advocacy Program is dedicated to serving the Embry-Riddle community by means of neutral assistance in order to ensure student rights are protected and processes abide by University policies and procedures.
