We are a very open and accepting community which means that newcomers to the discipline are highly encouraged to come out with us and learn what parkour is all about. Our club is very focused on safety, so your instruction will come from our certified instructors. Instruction will consist of movement training, physical conditioning, physiology, philosophy and history. Training sessions take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the Fitness center and the volleyball pit next to Doolittle from 7-8pm. Come and join us! You will find new ways to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
