Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (oSTEM) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ students pursuing STEM degrees.
Our chapter fosters an inclusive and affirming community through social events, professional development, academic support, and advocacy. By connecting students with peers, mentors, and industry professionals, oSTEM works to promote visibility, equity, and success for LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM fields.

o-STEM hosts weekly meetings and events every Tuesday in COAS 206, providing a space for community, collaboration, and professional growth.
Members have access to networking opportunities, mentorship, and career development through the national oSTEM organization.
o-STEM collaborates with campus partners to provide information on inclusive policies, scholarships, research opportunities, and student support services.
