Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (oSTEM) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ students pursuing STEM degrees.

Our chapter fosters an inclusive and affirming community through social events, professional development, academic support, and advocacy. By connecting students with peers, mentors, and industry professionals, oSTEM works to promote visibility, equity, and success for LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM fields.
