About Us
New Residence Hall 1 is a five-story facility, and each wing of the building has a lounge, study room, and laundry room. Half of the ground floor has been designed for community spaces with pool tables, TVs, study areas, and vending machines. There is a courtyard equipped for recreation and relaxation with basketball and sand volleyball courts, hammocks, BBQ grills, tables and umbrellas, and wireless internet are just stepped away from these two facilities. The community is staffed with 18 RAs and one Residence Life Coordinator. This staff is responsible for the safety and learning that happens in the community throughout the year.
