About Us
IEEE stands for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. We are the largest technical professional society in the world. Our Branch exists as a subsidiary of the Daytona Beach Section, part of Region 3 of the IEEE. Our primary emphasis is on the development of professionalism and new talents and skills in our members. We achieve this through participating in various IEEE-sponsored competitions, conducting workshops and training sessions, and hosting presentations by guest speakers with first-hand experience in industry.
