About Us
The Eagles Flight Team is one of the nations most recognized flight competition programs. The EFT competes in a variety of aviation related events ranging from advanced cross-country flight planning to using the CR-3 manual flight computer to perform complex calculations. The team also has one of the most knowlegable aircraft recognition teams and has won the number one spot at national competition for aircraft REC between 2009 and 2016. The Eagles Flight Team uses the Cessna 150 for precision landing, and message drop events, and the Cessna 172 Skyhawks are used for the Navigation event. We are proud to represent Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach and look forward to making 2017 - 2018 the year in which we place first at the national competition in Columbus, Ohio next May.
