Join the 100 Minute Club – Celebrating ERAU’s 100th Anniversary!
In honor of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Centennial, we invite all Eagles—Daytona Beach students, all faculty, staff, and alumni—to take part in the 100 Minute Club during the Spring 2026 semester.

What is it?
Commit to completing 100 minutes of physical activity each week at the Eagle Fitness Center. Whether you prefer cardio, strength training, group fitness classes, or a mix of everything, your minutes count toward this exciting challenge!

Why participate?
Celebrate ERAU’s 100 years of excellence in a healthy, active way.
Build consistency and improve your fitness throughout the semester.
Enjoy a supportive community of Eagles working toward the same goal.

How to participate:
Track your weekly activity and submit your minutes using the provided link (see below).
Activities must be completed at the Eagle Fitness Center – Daytona Beach Campus (including Personal Training sessions).

Recognition & Rewards:
Participants who consistently meet the 100-minute goal will be eligible for special weekly prizes and recognition throughout the semester!
