Come test out your strength in our 2022 Push/Pull Competition. The event features two lifts, the Deadlift and Bench Press. Weight classes will be used, and winners of each weight class will be featured on the Push/Pull plaque hanging on the Fitness Center wall and receive a prize from our sponsor, GNC.
