Mission The Experimental Rocket Propulsion Lab (ERPL) is a student-run organization dedicated to the design, building, and testing of rocket engines and flight vehicles. Students get the opportunity to get a hands-on learning experience through a wide range of projects spanning solids, liquids, hybrids, and controls. Regardless of what area you decide to focus on in the club, we would be glad to have you! You don't need any experience to get started and this is a great way to socialize and network. We are always growing and learning new things so you'll never have a dull moment in ERPL!
Membership BenefitsStudents involved with ERPL on campus have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of aerospace design projects and gain relevant experience in processes such as computer-aided design (CAD), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), machining, and more. Many former ERPL members have also had the opportunity to intern with various companies through the experience that they've gained here. These are a few of the companies that our members have interned with in the past: Blue Origin, Northrop Grumman, and SpaceX.Some other membership benefits include:- Meetings with guest speakers from the industry or academia- Networking opportunities- Hands-on design experience- Cheaper than a fraternity
Join us on campus groups & await a general meeting email. Also feel free to drop by the rocket lab or message us on our socials @erauerpl.
Membership will end on 30 May 2028
