Mission
We are a growing community of students from diverse degree programs, united by a shared curiosity about artificial intelligence (AI) and its real-world applications. In the 21st century, AI is not just a niche tool for computer scientists—it is becoming a universal skill. From CS majors to civil engineers, a strong foundation in AI and the ability to create your own intelligent systems can open doors in research, industry, and problem-solving across every field. Our mission is to help students build that foundation while developing hands-on projects that push beyond theory into practical implementation

Unlike many clubs that only talk about AI, we focus on creating it—starting from the ground up in raw Python to understand what is happening behind the scenes. Early projects guide members through core techniques like reinforcement learning, search algorithms, and game-playing agents, before branching into more advanced areas. Long-term, we aim to tackle ambitious projects such as autonomous drones, robotics, and financial AI systems.

Our past projects included game-focused AI implementations like Conway’s Game of Life, Connect 4, and flocking algorithms. Going forward, we are shifting toward structured, project-based learning. Current plans include developing intelligent agents from scratch, transforming our mini drone project into an autonomous aerial dogfight simulation, and exploring applications in pattern recognition, computer vision, and robotics.


We also envision growing from a traditional club into more of a student-run AI lab—a space where ideas become working systems and members can point to real results. And unlike certain rocketry-based labs and societies on campus, our emphasis is on strong leadership, accountability, and follow-through, ensuring that projects do not stall out but reach meaningful milestones.


Whether you are completely new to programming or already have experience in AI, there is a place for you here. We provide a supportive, code-along environment where members learn by building, collaborate on projects step by step, and develop skills that carry over into research and industry.
