The RISE Student Leadership & Continuity Council (SLCC) will serve as a cornerstone for enhancing student success and organizational health at ERAU. By pairing experienced student leaders with new officers and first-year students, the R-SLCC will strengthen mentorship, build leadership pipelines, and ensure continuity across RSOs. This peer-driven model empowers students to train each other, capture institutional knowledge, and create a culture of sustainable leadership. The result is a stronger, more connected student body, reduced organizational turnover, and a clear pathway for students to develop transferable skills that directly support retention, persistence, and long-term success.

Membership Benefits
As a member of the RISE Student Leadership & Continuity Council (SLCC), you’ll gain hands-on experience in leadership, mentorship, and organizational development. You’ll build your résumé with transferable skills in communication, event planning, and team management while networking with student leaders across campus.
